Exchange Policy
All items are exchange-only:
30-Day Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete an exchange.
Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. We strive to maintain the integrity of our products, and this condition ensures that every item meets our quality standards.
Repurchase: We recommend repurchasing the replacement item as soon as possible. This approach makes it more likely that the item you desire is in stock and allows you to receive it in a timely manner, without having to wait for your original item to arrive back to our warehouse.
Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all eligible exchange items. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label return the item.
In-Person Returns: For added convenience, you can also return your item for exchange free of charge at our Burlington warehouse and pick up your newly ordered replacement item.
