Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship orders only within Canada. We utilize Canada Post for all orders.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

1. Free Ground Shipping: Orders totaling $300 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free ground shipping within Canada

2. Live Shipping Rates: Orders under $300 CAD (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for live shipping rates which are calculated at checkout

Delivery Timeframe: 
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of the date of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders as an email notification.

Order Inquiries:
Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Free Burlington Warehouse Pick-Up:

We offer local warehouse pick-up free of charge for customers in the Burlington area:

1. Select 'Pick up' under Delivery Method

2. Pick-up orders will be processed within 2 business days of purchase date

3. Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pick-up

4. To pick up an order, customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on their order along with the order confirmation

5. Items purchased for pick-up are subject to the same exchange policies as items shipped directly to customers
